Levickas Woods is 7-acre riparian forest in Catonsville that Neighborspace of Baltimore County has conserved since 2014. This under-birded park features mature hardwoods including many white oaks, red maples, beeches, and tuliptrees and has great potential as a migrant trap.

About the event
Levickas Woods is 7-acre riparian forest in Catonsville that Neighborspace of Baltimore County has conserved since 2014. This under-birded park features mature hardwoods including many white oaks, red maples, beeches, and tuliptrees and has great potential as a migrant trap. On this trip you can expect to see a variety of resident and migratory songbirds, a wide variety of naturally occurring native plants, and view ongoing restoration efforts. Walking for this trip will total about 0.25 miles on mostly flat trails and one avoidable portion with slight grade. Trip limited to 15 participants. Parking is available along the street and the entrance to the park can be found where Dunmore Rd and Kilmarnoch Dr share a dead end.
